TGL Solutions’s story of the “pioneer penguins”







The First Penguin
During the hunting season, all the penguins gather at the edge of the iceberg, looking out at the sea to check whether there are fish or any lurking dangers nearby. Yet not everyone dares to overcome their fear and be the first to jump. Just like humans, animals also understand that they may face risks and unpredictable dangers. The drop from the cliff to the ocean is quite high. What’s more, they might find fish, or nothing at all—or worse, be attacked by a sea lion.
So, who will be the penguin that dares to jump first?
That’s when the “First Penguin” chooses to take the leap. After observing for a moment and seeing nothing too alarming, the second, third, then the fourth and fifth penguins also dive into the sea.
Make no mistake—the “First Penguin” is neither foolish nor reckless. Diving into the ocean is always a risk, but it’s a calculated one. Even though predators might attack, the “First Penguin” can still find ways to survive. And of course: “First Penguin – First Eat.” More importantly, when one pioneer dares to break through, it inspires the whole group to dare to follow.

Learning & Developing
With the motto "Building a strong people-centric company", investment in skill development, training organization, etc. is our top priority.


Since most of our clients come from the Japanese market, understanding Japanese will be one of the keys to ensuring smooth project operations.
Japanese classes at TGL are taught by native teachers and assistants with N1, N2 JLPT qualifications.


Currently, English classes at TGL are organized right at the company's office after work hours to ensure the most convenient environment for all employees. The classes are divided into two different levels corresponding to the employees' wishes and skills. The advanced class will be taught directly with the native teacher.
The teacher has a high IELTS certificate and extensive teaching experience.

Not only do we encourage employees to learn Japanese, TGL Solutions also helps to implement the Japanese dream of Penguins who want to change, challenge themselves in a new environment, and have a direction to become bridge engineers/project managers in the future.
Members will learn Japanese directly at the company, then the company will provide all study and visa expenses to go to Japan to study Japanese for a year and work. After graduation and achieving JLPT N2/N1, students will join directly into projects with the role of bridge engineers/project managers working directly with Japanese clients.
TGL Go To Japan has successfully organized the first three seasons and continues to maintain it every year. All you need to do is just have a passion and direction to challenge yourself, everything is supported by TGL for training and covering all expenses.

TGL Solutions encourages each Department, Unit to organize Seminars, Talkshows to share knowledge about technology and effective working methods. In addition, TGL Solutions also invites experts to share knowledge, experience in work and life.

Harmony is the two core values of TGL to build a healthy, comfortable working environment for all employees. At the first day of joining TGL, employees will be introduced to the working culture of TGL through the compiled and updated Employee Handbook, as well as experience Test about culture, company spirit. Through the Employee Handbook of TGL and the Test, you will understand the 3T spirit: Change, Try & Fail and Lead the company to build.
In addition, the working style of TGL: Announce – Explain – Debate is also an element that makes the unique style of working of the entire TGL Solutions team.
