I have two things to say to everyone.
First, "Let's work happily, only when happy can we work well." Naturally, when employees work well, the company will develop. A developed company will then pay project bonuses, raise salaries, and provide benefits to everyone. And everyone will be happy. This creates sustainable development, first for the company, then contributing to the community and society.
Second, in the context of the rapidly changing world today, I think not only managers but also employees feel confused, sometimes lost and don't know which direction to choose as the most reasonable. In that situation, always maintain the 3T spirit: Change, Try & Fail, and Take the lead.
Prioritize action over waiting and observing, speak up your opinion rather than staying silent. And at TGL, there is no wrong choice, as long as you determine and share your purpose with everyone before doing anything.
